Selection Process: Traditionally, employers interview candidates for a sales management role – which is mainly a dry, questioning exercise. As part of the selection process, we introduce the candidate to the actual sales and sales management challenges faced by the company, giving the candidate the opportunity to present effective and creative approaches and solutions. This gives you a much more realistic sense of whether the specific role in the company would appeal to or suit you.
